was printed. The correct information is shown below. Keep this addendum with
your owner’s manual for future reference.

Your owner’s manual includes recommendations for fuel such as 87 or 91 octane and references to
non-oxygenated, and non-ethanol. Please disregard any information about recommended fuel in your
current owner’s manual.
Fill the fuel tank with the recommended fuel.
Patriot Boost / Patriot 9R / 600 INDY Cross Country Models:
E10 fuel (10% ethanol) 91+ octane.
600 (except INDY Cross Country) / 800 / 650 Patriot / 850 Patriot Models:
E10 fuel (10% ethanol) 87+ octane.
Berfore starting your snowmobile, ensure your tank has been fi lled with the recommended fuel above.
Using fuels other than E10 may increase the risk of electrostatic spark which could burst the fuel tank
and may start a fi re in the fuel tank when the engine is running.
NEVER use unleaded fuels with an ethanol rating of E15 or E85 as severe engine damage may
occur.
Ensure your snowmobile is in the non-premium/ETHANOL fuel type selection mode. The procedure
for changing the fuel type selection varies based on the type of gauge your vehicle is equipped with.
Instructions for fuel type selection can be found in your owner’s manual.
When performing the summerization storage procedures, fi ll the fuel tank completely with the
recommended fuel above and the recommended amount of fuel stabilizer.
To prepare your fuel system for riding season, inspect the fuel system to verify that you have a
completely full tank.

2021-2024 Matryx 600, 650, 850, Patriot 9R, & Patriot Boost
2015-2023 AXYS 600, 800, & 850
