When using outdoor use portable
luminaires, basic safety precautions
should always be followed to reduce
the risk of re, electric shock, and
personal injury, including the
following:
a) Use only three-wire outdoor
extension cords that have three-prong
grounding plugs and grounding
receptacles that accept the appliance's
plug.
b) Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter
(GFCI) protection is to be provided on
the circuit(s) or outlet(s) to be used for
the wet location portable luminaire.
Receptacles are available having built-
in GFCI protection and can be used for
this measure of safety.
c) Use only with an extension cord for
outdoor use, such as an extension cord
of cord type SW, SW-A, SOW, SOW-A,
STW, STW-A, STOW, STOW-A, SJW,
SJW-A, SJOW, SJOW-A, SJTW, SJTW-A,
SJTOW or SJTOW-A.

Do not secure the wiring of the
product with staples or nails, or place
on sharp hooks or nails.
Do not let lamps rest on the supply
cord or on any wire.

Unplug the product when leaving the
house, when retiring for the night, or if
left unattended.
This is an electric product - not a toy!
To avoid risk of re, burns, personal
injury and electric shock it should not
be played with or placed where small

Do not use this product for other than

objects from cord, wire, or light string.
