1. Insert 2-AAA batteries into the
Probe Thermometer.
2. Extend the attached Probe Wire and place in
desired location to measure temperature.
Power Up
Fahrenheit/Celsius Display
Press and release the button to select Fahrenheit or Celsius display.ºF/ºC
Temperature Decimals ON or OFF
Hold the button to select show or hide the Temperature Decimals.ºF/ºC
Temperature Trend Arrows
The Temperature Trend Arrows updates every 15 minutes. The arrows will
reflect a change in temperature (2ºF/1ºC) over the past three hours.
Temperature is rising
Temperature is steady
Temperature is falling
Fahrenheit Celsius Decimal OFFDecimal ON
High and Low Temperature Records
View Records
Press and release the HI/LO button to view High
then Low Temperatures from the Thermometer
and the Probe Wire. This is a rolling 24-Hour total.
Reset Records
Hold the HI/LO button to reset all high and low
records to current temperatures.
High Record Low Record
