fatal electric shock and/or property damage.
It is recommended that a qualied electrician perform all wiring. This xture must be wired in accordance with all national and local electrical codes.
Do not handle any energized xture or attempt to energize any xture with wet hands or while standing on a wet or damp surface or in water.
This xture is designed for use in a 110-120VAC, 60Hz fused circuit and can be used in conjunction with 2-wire, triac dimmers. most

ground wire (green) contact between this xture and the ground connection of your main power supply panel.
This xture is intended to be used for general indoor lighting in dry or damp locations only.

ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1 Preparing for installation–
A. at fuse or circuit breaker box before installing or Disconnect electrical power
servicing any part of this xture.
B. Carefully remove the xture from the carton.
C. Remove gem bar (2) from the xture base by removing two screws (3).
D. Install gem bar (2) on the junction box (not included) by securing it with two screws
(4).
Wiring All wiring must take place inside junction box (not included). –
Caution: Make sure power is off at fuse or circuit breaker box. Check power wires for
damage or scrapes. If power supply wires are within three inches of the LED driver, use
wire suitable for at least °C (194°F). 90
Note: Most dwellings built before 1985 have supply wire rated to °C. Consult a qualied 60
electrician before installing.
Step 2 Wiring xture –
A. Make all wire connections to appropriate wire. Secure with wire nuts ( - provided) 5 .
B. Connect the green wire from the xture to the supply power source ground wire.
C. Connect the black wire from the xture to the black ) wire from supply power (L
source.
D. Connect the white wire from the xture to the white (N) wire from supply power
source.
E. Pull on each wire lead to make sure connections are secure. Make certain no bare
wires are exposed outside of wire connectors. Tuck all connections neatly into the
junction box.
Step 3 Mounting –
A. Install xture (1) over the gem bar (2) by aligning two holes on the side and secure with two
screws (3).
B. Mark exact location for the rail supports on each side of the arm. Unscrew mounting coupler
(7) (8) from rail supports. Secure coupler with wood screw if use on wood and or with plastic
anchor use drywall application. Secure both rail supports onto the mounting (6) if on
couplers ) by tightening the cup (7 .
Step 4 Restore power at fuse or circuit breaker box–

REPLACING THE LED DRIVER
IMPORTANT! Do NOT disassemble product. This operation is only for the replacement of a
faulty LED Driver.
IMPORTANT! It is recommended that the replacement of an LED driver be completed by a
qualied electrician.
CAUTION! Turn o main power at fuse or circuit breaker box.
Disassembly:
1. Remove xture from wall by removing (2) canopy screws.
2. Disconnect LED driver power wires from power supply wires in
junction box by removing wire nuts.
3. Separate LED driver from canopy by removing (2) screws.
4. Disconnect (2) driver wires from xture wires.
NOTE: Mark xture wires with tape to match yellow wire with
parallel xture head black wires on one side and red wire with
parallel xture head red wires on the other side.
5. Discard driver.
Reassembly:
1. Using new LED driver, connect red and yellow wires to
matching parallel xture head wires with wire nuts. Connect
red wire from driver to red wires from parallel xture head,
yellow wire from driver to black wires from parallel xture head.
2. attach driver to canopy with (2) screws. Re
3. Connect power supply wires from driver to power supply wires
from junction box.
4. Connect black wire to black wire, white to white and ground
(copper) to ground (green or copper).
5. Tuck supply wires in junction box.
6. Connect canopy to junction box/gem bar with (2) screws.
7. Restore power to the xture.

This product is manufactured by AFX Inc. AFX warrants this xture is free from defects in materials and workmanship when installed and
used under normal operating conditions for a period of 5 years from date of purchase. This warranty covers all component parts and
extends only to replacement of defective xture or components; it does not cover failure due to improper installation, misuse, mishandling
or damage incurred in transit.
